Our packages include everything from ceremony styling and reception décor to personalised signage, light-up letters, backdrops, table centrepieces, and an array of stylish props. We also offer full setup and takedown services to ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish. And if you’re looking for something truly unique, we’re happy to create a bespoke package just for you—and even source specific items if we don’t already have them.
While we’re based in the West Midlands, we’re more than happy to travel further afield upon request. No matter where your love takes you, we’d be honoured to style your special day.

Founder & Lead Stylist
Petals was lovingly founded by Alice, a creative soul with a passion for beautiful spaces and meaningful celebrations. With over five years of experience as a wedding coordinator at a prestigious venue, Alice brings a wealth of industry knowledge, an eye for detail, and a genuine love for styling unforgettable weddings. From designing mood boards to setting up on the big day, Alice is hands-on every step of the way—ensuring each event feels personal, polished, and perfectly “you.”
Andy & James
Joinery Craftsmen
Behind the scenes, Andy and James are the talented craftsmen who bring many of our unique props to life. With a background in joinery and a love for custom builds, they design and construct everything from statement backdrops and arches to our signature Prosecco walls and sweet stations. Their skill and dedication mean we can offer one-of-a-kind pieces you won’t find anywhere else—crafted with care, creativity, and quality in mind.
The Styling Team
Working alongside Alice is a dedicated team of creative and detail-focused stylists who share a passion for turning visions into reality. With an eye for design and a love for weddings, our styling team brings warmth, organisation, and flair to every event. From setting up ceremony spaces to perfecting tablescapes and prop placement, they work behind the scenes (and sometimes in the spotlight!) to ensure every element looks beautiful and runs smoothly.
