Once you’ve decided to have Petals style your special day, you can relax knowing you’re in safe hands. From your very first enquiry to the final finishing touches on your wedding morning, we’ll be with you every step of the way to make the styling process smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free.

To secure your wedding date, we require a £100 deposit, with the final balance due four weeks before your big day. We also offer flexible monthly payment plans to make budgeting easier.

Your styling journey begins with an initial consultation with Alice, our founder and lead stylist. During this relaxed chat, we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, colour palettes, themes, and venue details. You’ll be invited to share any inspiration images you’ve collected—Pinterest boards, Instagram saves, mood shots, or anything else that captures your style. This is where the magic starts!

Using all your ideas, we’ll create a custom mood board that visually brings your vision to life. This board gives us a shared starting point to fine-tune the aesthetic, select your props, and choose all the key elements for both your ceremony and reception styling. We’ll work together to adjust, add, or remove anything until it’s exactly how you imagined it.

To help you visualise everything even more clearly, we also offer 3D mock-ups of your chosen venue or event space. This allows you to see where each prop, backdrop, and styled area will be placed—giving you complete confidence in the layout and final look before the big day arrives.
